We've been the proud owners of an Aduro H 1 hybrid stove for a week now. The fact that the installation of the stove and the stainless steel chimney went so smoothly is thanks to the excellent work of pelletTech from Kandel. We were also fortunate that Mr. Keipert, the owner of this company, carried out all the work for us, even though the weather wasn't exactly favorable and Mr. Keipert had to work alone due to his employee being out sick. We've had a lot of experience with various tradespeople and, based on our experience so far, we feel the need to emphasize: What distinguishes Mr. Keipert is his extensive knowledge, the meticulous care he takes in his work, the enthusiasm with which he approaches his tasks, and the dedication with which he enhances the quality of the Aduro stove. Not only did we feel incredibly fortunate, but he also gave us a mobile phone he programmed himself, which we can use as a "remote control" to conveniently operate the stove via the Aduro app. We were also pleased with the cleaning kit we received a few days later. More important than these welcome additions, however, was the expert advice we received from him even after the installation. Since the district chimney sweep was clearly impressed by the stove itself and the work carried out, and the inspection went smoothly, we are now enjoying the stove using pellets and firewood.

We've been customers of PelletTech and Mr. Keipert since 2021 and are always satisfied. We didn't have a proper heating system, and he gave us excellent advice and selected the perfect water-bearing pellet stove for us. A very nice MCZ red model that matches my kitchen perfectly. We initially wanted a pellet stove that distributed the warm air throughout the rooms. But Mr. Keipert had a better suggestion: a water-bearing pellet stove with a buffer tank and radiators. We're very glad we listened to Mr. Keipert. He's always helpful and answers your questions. He's always very friendly and tries to resolve your issues as quickly as possible. A true expert!
